You can see below the range of services we provide to our clients. However we do not put people into boxes, as we look at you as a whole. You may require a support package, due to requiring personal home care. We will also provide other support for example, in giving you support to help you maintain your home if you need assistance.

During each visit the support worker will also ask you what support you wish to have or discuss with your family any issues regarding your care package. We will always aim to keep you as independent as we possibly can, always supporting you, and not doing things for you or taking over.

Your support plan will look at every area of your life and we will discuss what support you wish to receive that’s best suited to you. This will be reviewed frequently so the support package will grow and change with your needs.

These are the categories of support we provide:

  • Personal Care
  • Medication Support
  • Manual Handling Assistance (including hoist)
  • Companionship
  • Home Help
  • Meal preparation
  • Support to access Activities and the Community

There are specialist tasks which at times we are required to provide to do to meet a clients certain needs, for example eye drops administration, also we will give clients support with catheters and Enteral tube feeding if they need it. Our support workers will also be trained specifically to undertake such tasks. The support worker will be trained in the correct procedure before carrying out the task for the client. The trainer will sign the support worker off as being  competent after observing them completing the various tasks.
