The support is provided to the client in their place of residence, also the client will choose the time and frequency of their visits.

The minimum length of a visit is half an hour, however we believe it is best practice for both the client and support worker to have a minimum of an hour visit.

The frequency and length of the visits depends on the client’s needs and this will be discussed during the initial assessment.

We operate 365 days a year day and night.

We are a private company where most of our client’s mainly fund themselves. However we also work closely with social care and continuing health care, also where client’s are in receipt of support towards their care costs.
